International Delivery – About Customs, Duties & Taxes
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders delivered outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Kreg Tool has no control over these charges, nor can Kreg Tool predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
International Delivery – Limitations
For products shipped internationally, product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications and labelling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring the use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Kreg Tool, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
International Delivery – Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers receiving products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
We promise to find solutions to any damage that arises during delivery, including part replacement and covering any delivery charges due to returns and exchanges of damaged items.
Credit Card Processing
All credit card processing will be performed by Kreg Tool Enterprises. The charge on your statement will appear as Kreg Tool Enterprises. We verify all billing addresses with credit cards, and if the address you enter does not match the credit card record, we will contact you. VAT will be added to the order during checkout, where applicable.
You may return any Kreg product that does not meet your expectations within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return courier; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (5-10 working days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 working days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 working days). We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. You will be required to provide your name, credit card number, expiry date and the CW number on the back of your card. For Amex holders, the CW number appears on the front of the card.
